Onion Pie

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Traditional Zagorisio fillo (12 pie leaves)
  • 2 kg of onions (chopped)
  • black pepper
  • salt

Recipe Execution:

Bake 10 traditional Zagoria pie leaves and leave the other two uncooked.

Roast with oil the onions. Add salt and pepper, boil until they can stay in a little broth.

Spread in pan both uncooked leaves and put them on a baked. Then rub the toasted pie leaves on them and then add the cooked onions.

Bake as to absorb the broth.
